My Graduation

Surprisingly, I was hyped for my Masters graduation last weekend at UUM. This came as a surprise as I didn't think much of it when I began the 2.5 year MBA course. Only when I got there did I realize I went through a quite a lot just to complete it (believe me there was one too many occasions where I just wanted to drop it).

All the weekends and especially ones with close friends' wedding receptions sacrificed really brought me down, however minute it sounds. This is why I'm quite a time-sensitive person. My take on it is time shouldn't be wasted waiting for someone, because it doesn't wait for anyone, do you understand?

Anyways ever since my degree days there has been loads of memories created and shared with close friends back in COSA (faculty body), aikido and digi (extracurricular) and even though they were mostly happy memories, this time around, only being accompanied by the embrace of my parents, the feeling is more solid. Like it's the event that reaffirmed me that without my parents who've sacrificed much more than just a few weekends, I wouldn't have made it anywhere, let alone hold a masters scroll. So in a way this is a dedication to them and of course, God almighty.

Not forgetting the most understanding class and group mates Meera, Syamsun and Chia; And ex housemates who used to send me to the ERL (Faizal and Kit); And the rest who've believed in me.

Kbye.
